  2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick and cut into rectangles (about 3×4 inches).
  5. Place filling on half of the rectangles, top with another rectangle, and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
