  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (for filling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour about half a cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to create an even layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift; flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on one half of each crepe and fold.
  6. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with melted chocolate.
