  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 600g)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • For garnish: 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate them with soy sauce and half of the sweet chili sauce for 15 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the skillet; once hot, sauté the marinated chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Lower the heat and stir in remaining sweet chili sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook for an additional minute until well-coated.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
