  • 1/2 cup blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut cream
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (100% juice)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the strawberries by removing their stems and slicing them in half.
  2. In a blender, combine the strawberries with half of the pineapple juice; blend until smooth to create the fruity base.
  3. In a separate container, mix the remaining pineapple juice, blue curaçao syrup, and coconut cream until well blended.
