  6. Divide batter into two bowls; leave one plain and mix cocoa powder into the other.
  7. Spoon alternating dollops of each batter into the pan and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
