  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 lb pretzel dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in feta cheese and garlic powder; mix well.
  3. Roll out the pretzel dough on a floured surface to about half an inch thick, then cut into squares or rectangles.
  4. Place one tablespoon of the spinach-feta mixture in the center of each square, fold over the edges, and seal to form sliders.
  5. Brush each slider with the whisked egg for a golden finish, then arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
