  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 16 oz cream cheese (2 packages)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and Parmesan)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté spinach in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat until wilted; drain excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, half the shredded cheese, and sautéed spinach. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish; top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving with crackers or veggie sticks.
