  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. While baking, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, chives and dill in another bowl until smooth.
  6. Serve meatballs hot alongside the Green Goddess Dip.
