  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, minced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for five minutes before peeling and halving them lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, minced jalapeños, and bacon bits. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the filling back into egg whites. Garnish with paprika and reserved jalapeño slices before serving.
