  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat and shred once cooled.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until combined.
