  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup rye bread croutons

Instructions
