Raising Cane’s Tenders are the ultimate comfort food, featuring crispy, golden chicken strips that are juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into strips about one inch wide for even cooking.
  3. Set up three bowls: whisk eggs in one, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another, and place panko breadcrumbs in the last bowl.
  4. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, dip into eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the breaded tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F).
  6. While baking, mix mayonnaise and ketchup together in a small bowl for dipping sauce.
