Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until well blended. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
