  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (divided)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, 3/4 cup heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set; a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
  5. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
