Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a mouthwatering twist on the classic cheesesteak, featuring tender steak, sautéed onions, and gooey cheese tucked into soft slider buns.   • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or flank steak
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese or Cheez Whiz
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in oil until tender (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. Add the thinly sliced steak along with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
  4. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish. Spoon the steak mixture onto each bun generously.
  5. Top with cheese slices or drizzle with Cheez Whiz. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  6. Brush melted butter on top of the sliders and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
