  • 2 tbsp white or red miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix softened butter, miso paste, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Fold the miso butter mixture into the Brussels sprouts until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
