Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream butter until smooth; gradually add sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time followed by milk and mango puree until smooth.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Divide batter among cupcake liners (two-thirds full) and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before frosting.
