  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce (divided)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, and half of the Korean BBQ sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on the baking tray.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned.
  5. While baking, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Serve meatballs drizzled with remaining BBQ sauce alongside spicy mayo dip.
