  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  2. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding 1 tbsp of sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, remaining sugar, flour, baking powder, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture until no white streaks remain.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and lightly grease it. Pour in 1/2 cup of batter per pancake and cover with a lid; cook for about 4 minutes before flipping.
  6. Cook until golden brown on both sides, then serve stacked with your choice of toppings.
