  • 24 ladyfingers (approx. 200g)
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (240ml)
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur (120ml)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (250g)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (15g)

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and let it cool slightly before mixing in Irish cream.
  2. Prepare a serving dish or individual cups.
  3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and layer them in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in additional Irish cream.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone filling.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
