Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (7-10 lb) Bone-In Ham
  • 1 cup Pure Honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (light or dark)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, about an inch apart.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the glaze generously over the ham, ensuring it seeps into the cuts.
  5. Place the ham in the roasting pan, cover loosely with foil, and bake for about two hours, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze.
  6. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize. Check internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
