  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 5 drops red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
