  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
