  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into strips approximately 1 inch wide and tie each strip into a knot.
