  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes each). Allow to cool before shredding.
