  • ¼ cup brewed espresso
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Gradually mix in brewed espresso and vanilla extract.
