  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 Earl Grey tea bags
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, warm the heavy cream and steep the Earl Grey tea bags for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow it to cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the cooled cream infusion and vanilla, then fold in the sour cream.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown but still jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door slightly open for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
