  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and dried dill weed. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the risen dough and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Dimple the surface with fingers and scatter chopped dill pickles on top.
  6. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Drizzle with olive oil before baking for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
