  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms. Press into a tart pan and chill.
  3. Melt dark chocolate with heavy cream in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and melted chocolate mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour filling into the crust and bake for 30–35 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
