  • 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 cups wide egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and top with chopped vegetables.
  3. Pour low-sodium chicken broth over the mixture and add thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
