  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage (green or napa)

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until browned and fully cooked. Add minced garlic during the last minute.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded carrots, cabbage, green onions, cooked chicken, soy sauce, and sesame oil; mix well.
