  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell generously with the seafood mixture and arrange them in a greased baking dish. Pour half the sauce over the shells.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, drizzle remaining sauce on top, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
