  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup

  1. Rinse cranberries under cold water, discarding any soft ones.
  2. Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño (use gloves if sensitive to heat).
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together cranberries, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
