  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar; let sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix butter and eggs until combined; add the yeast mixture and stir gently.
  5. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and fold in cranberries and pistachios.
  6. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth; place in an oiled bowl, cover with cloth, and let rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
