  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, honey, and rosemary.
  4. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and pour the marinade over it. If time allows, let it marinate for 30 minutes.
