  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Cut pockets in each salmon fillet and fill generously with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  4. Season the fillets with salt and pepper on both sides and place in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
