  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Horseradish sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
