  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (21 oz) black cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, remaining sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the crust; dollop black cherry pie filling on top and swirl gently.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least two hours.
  6. Lift bars out using parchment paper and slice into squares to serve.
