  • 24 Oreos (crushed)
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos in a food processor and combine with melted butter until sandy.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, mix chocolate pudding with milk according to package directions. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; fold in half of the Cool Whip.
  4. Gently incorporate the pudding mixture into the cream cheese blend until well combined. Pour into cooled crust.
  5. Spread remaining Cool Whip over the filling and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
