  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups cooked ham, chopped
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; layer half in the baking dish.
  3. Top with chopped ham and half of the Swiss cheese.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, garlic powder, and Dijon mustard; pour over layered ingredients.
  5. Add remaining chicken on top followed by remaining Swiss cheese; sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
