  • 24 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped fresh apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; mix well. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and sugar; mix until combined. Incorporate eggs one at a time until fully blended.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon into the filling mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours. Serve topped with caramel sauce.
