  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh apples, diced (preferably Granny Smith)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared dish. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time; avoid over-mixing.
  4. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon into the mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
