  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cups fresh cauliflower florets (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix broccoli, cauliflower, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top and drizzle with melted butter for extra crunch.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top. Broil for an additional minute if you prefer extra crispiness.
