  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the sprinkles.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges but soft in the center.
