  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In one bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. In another bowl, prepare flour for coating, and in a third bowl, beat the egg.
  3. Coat each shrimp in flour, dip into egg wash, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for five minutes.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. Serve shrimp drizzled with sauce or on the side for dipping.
